As a new mother, some of my most valuable possessions were the cloth diapers that I used as burp rags. I carried them everywhere with me and I would have loved to have had something prettier than plain old white cloth diapers. So here’s my suggestion: hand-knit burp cloths that can be finished with a crochet border or embellished with embroidery as time allows.
