Bamboo is the inspiration for the Oparun Tee. The yarn is made from this versatile fibre and the lace stitches also resemble the tall, majestic plant. Simple colour changes and lovely picot edges add interest and charm to this easy wearing, breezy top.

Choose the size that will give the fit you prefer. Sample shown in size 8 on a chest circ of 42”/ 106.5cm. The fit is 10”/ 25.5cm positive ease.

Bamboo Sock - Essence of Autumn Yarn
100% Bamboo, 4oz (115g), 382yd (349m) 3 ply

This is a fingering weight yarn with a recommended gauge of 27-32 sts using 2.25-3.25mm (US 1-3) needle.

Note: This yarn is held double throughout the pattern to create a DK weight yarn.

MATERIALS:
One set of 3.75mm (US 5) needles (or size to obtain gauge), circular needle in same size will be needed for neck band, a needle a size or two smaller then main needles for picking up sts, stitch markers, stitch holder, tapestry needle.

GAUGE:
Adjust needle size as necessary to obtain gauge.
St st: 18 sts and 24 rows = 4”/ 10 cm after blocking using 3.75mm (US 5) needle.
