Lace beret made from fine summer yarn crocheted in a couple of hours.
The pattern is designed for a head size of 56-60 cm (teen, adult). The diameter of the finished beret is 10.5-11 inches (27-28 cm).
The beret pattern does not adapt to yarn of different thicknesses! If you take thicker yarn, the beret will turn out to be too large in diameter. It will also not be possible to adapt this pattern to a small child’s head.

I used YarnArt COTTON SOFT with the following characteristics:
55% cotton, 45% acrylic
100 g / 3.52 oz
600 m / 656 yards
Recommended hook 2.5 mm.
You need to choose yarn with similar characteristics.

This beret took me 135 m of yarn.
The main stitch is a double crochet stitch in different combinations.

Difficulty: medium.
