This is a charted, simple lace pattern. The muffatee features a straightforward thumb gusset. One size only but it has negative ease and there are additional instructions for making them larger.

Materials needed - one size of circs/dpns - and leftovers (around 150m) of any 5 ply guernsey yarn. You could also make from DK but you may need to double check the tension/gauge is going to be alright, by knitting the cuff, and checking size before you proceed further.
