Oh my!

Mirror-image raglan shaping enhances the beauty of the botanical stitch pattern in this top-down, stranded pullover. With I-cord trimmed neckline and hemmed edges.

For my sample I paired up a Sunday Knits sport-weight yarn with Spincycle’s Nocturne and Dyed-in-the-Wool yarns. Both yarns work up at the same gauge, and although in temperament they are polar opposites - one soft and hazy, the other crisp and distinct - throw them together and they sing like a pair of love birds!

Gauge: 24 sts and 32 rows = 4” / 10 cm in stranded stockinette stitch using size 5 (3.75 mm) needles.

Needles & Notions: Size 5 US (3.75 mm) circular needles for gauge and size 10 US 6 mm) for hems; double-pointed needles size 3 US (3.25 for attached neckline I-cord; tapestry needle, stitch markers, scrap yarn.
