Ophelia Entrelac Shawl
Discontinued.
This digital pattern is no longer available online.
This shawl uses an entrelac technique. It could be worked in rows of varying colors, two colors alternating, or even in a well planned squence of many different color squares. It would also work with all one color, because the entrelac texture is really interesting.
This can be worked with different size hooks, depending on the drape effect desired. In the two photos, one sample was created using a 9 mm hook and another using a 6 mm hook. For this reason, gauge is irrelevant, and yardage required a mere estimate.
This is inspired by an entrelac blanket design seen on the YouTube channel Ophelia Talks.
