These sweet socks combine cables and lace in a lovely linen and silk yarn. The muted shades of this yarn combined with the silk content give the socks a luxurious sheen.
They are worked in rounds on double-pointed needles, from the cuff down, with a slipped-stitch heel flap for durability.
The lace and cable pattern is worked over a repeat of 13 stitches and 8 rounds and extends down the front of the foot.
Both charted and written instructions are provided for the pattern stitch.
These socks require intermediate knitting skills.

Special thanks to:
Sue for modelling these socks and Linda for sample knitting.
