Twisted stitches and an elegant medallion create texture and interest in this cozy hat I’m naming “Opp”! The medallion is formed with a series of Japanese knot stitches and can be embellished with crystals for added bling.

The hat shown is knitted using about 3 skeins of Chibi Paka Chunky by Ikigai Fiber - chunky weight yarn available in 25 beautiful colors! The glass crystals and faux fur pom are also from Ikigai fibers and ALL can be found at

Opp is a small city located in Covington County in south Alabama.
