This is worked seamlessly from the top down.

The working procedure is as follows:

2.Pick up sts from the long edge of shoulder pieces for left and right back. Work incs to shape neckline and underarm at the same time. Then placed the sts on hold.

3.Pick up sts from another long edge of shoulder piece for left and right front. Work to the same length as back piece.

4.Front and back piece are joined to work the body top down. Work Rib for the back & front hem separately.

5.Sleeve sts are picked up around the arm openings. Short rows are worked to make sleeve cap first. Then work stockinette sts top down in round . Work lace pattern to make the lace cuff.
