Oranmore Shawl
About:
The Oranmore Shawl is named after Oranmore, a town near the city of Galway in County Galway, Ireland on the edge of Oranmore Bay, an inlet of Galway Bay.
The Oranmore Shawl is filled with easy lace that you can keep track of and has purl rest rows on the reverse, to allow you some time to just enjoy the knitting in your hands.
Written in two sizes—small and large—this shawl has so many possibilities for styling. And it can easily be knit in dk or worsted, as well as the aran it is designed in.
This lace triangle-shaped shawl—with both written and charted directions—is easy enough for a confident beginner knitter but interesting enough for an advanced one.
