Wrap is designed integrating a common chevron repeat--sometimes called chevron, waves, ripples, zig zag and other names. But whatever your preference in names, the stitch lends a slightly lacy, yet solid enough fabric to be warm. A garter stitch border helps stabilize the wrap from stretching out of shape and strengthen areas often pulled and held to wear the wrap. Sample shown is knitted in Hot Orchid, but any color will make a lovely accessory to the wardrobe. Ombre and mixed colors may obscure the stitch pattern slightly, but would still be lovely. If you wish the wrap to be wider, simply add another repeat to the stitch repeats, or add more to the garter stitch borders.
