Gauge for this pattern isn’t very important as long as it is consistent throughout and does not appear too “hole-y” when stuffed with polyester filling.

You will need a small amount of worsted weight yarn in both green and orange. I used Blue Sky Fibers 100% organic worsted cotton in pumpkin and pickle. You will be able to make several carrot rattles out of these two skeins of yarn!!

This requires 4, size U.S. 3 double-pointed needles, polyester filling, a yarn needle, and a 22mm toy rattle (optional).
