Origano
Origano features a colorwork yoke pattern and matching decorative colorwork stripes on the body. It is worked seamlessly in the round from the top down. It starts with a provisional cast-on. The body is worked with the decorative stripes, down to the ribbed hem. You may work fewer rounds on the body to get a cropped length. The short sleeves end with a ribbed cuff. For the neck edge you have the choice between a folded neckband as shown on the sample or a ribbed one as used for the body and the sleeve cuff.
I used a gradient yarn for the contrasting colorwork but the sweater would also look great using mini-skeins or leftovers. Alternatively, two contrasting, solid colors would create a neat and clean look.
The directions for all of the colorwork are provided as written text and charts.
