Orilla Scarf
96x16in (244x40cm)
This is a long and shallow scarf, perfect for mindless crocheting while sitting in from of a TV or during your commute to work/school. Once the pattern has been established you can keep crocheting until the scarf is the desired size.
I designed this scarf with a magic knot ball in mind, which can be purchased from www.alexcreates.us or www.chelseayarns.com. You can also make your own using your scrap stash.
It’s a really simple texture scarf recipe that lends itself to color play, you can stripe it, fade it or do color blocks.
This pattern includes a photo tutorial for the beginning setup rows. Gauge isn’t important since this is a more of a recipe for a scarf than an actual pattern. Feel free to use DK weight or any size yarn for that matter!
