OSLO Fingerless Gloves for Men and Women
This pattern is for a pair of fingerless gloves. It is an easy/ beginners level knit . The gloves are knit with rolled edges top and bottom, and raised horizontal ridges along the body of the glove. They are knit on straight needles and the seams sewn up at the end. The pattern can be knit in 3 lengths and 3 different widths, so you can adapt it to suit your preference- you could knit a short, wide pair for a man, a long, narrow elegant pair for a woman and maybe a medium length and with pair for a teenager. The gloves look gorgeous in any color , and I have sold many of these patterns, with customers all agreeing that the pattern is simple, quick and easy-to-follow. You can use pure wool, a wool-mix or a wool-free acrylic yarn for anyone who cant wear wool. The yarn should be a weight 4 /Worsted/Aran weight .50g (1.7 oz. ) will make one pair of gloves. You may well end up making a few pairs for anyone who sees and loves them.
