A soft and cozy cowl for celebrating the return of spring! Two yarns are held throughout the pattern: baby merino and silk mohair--making a light, but warming accessory for days when it’s still chilly outside.

Worked in the round, the cowl features interesting stitch patterns to work: a corrugated effect with rows of stockinette and purl ridges, and within the stockinette a row of petite bobble-like texture created using crossed stitches and yarn overs. Instructions for knitting using the Magic Loop method, but the pattern is easily adaptable for your preferred method of knitting in the round. An easy project for all levels of knitting experience.

Several size options: Small, Medium, Large and X-Large. The cowl is designed with a slightly closer, snug, but comfortable fit in mind, to make it an easy piece for layering whether under a coat, jacket or sweater/jumper. If you would like a more looser fit, try going up a pattern size, or even trying different yarns to achieve the look you wish. Please read all details and instructions before purchasing yarn and beginning pattern, to ensure adequate amounts for your desired finished piece.

Thank you for choosing my pattern… Happy Knitting!
