This is a knitting pattern for a stuffed toy donkey called Otis. The toy is knitted on 2 needles and then sewn.

MATERIALS: grey DK yarn approximately: 10 - 15 g
green DK yarn approximately: 5 - 10 g
Handful white DK yarn for the snout
Handful black DK yarn for the hooves

KNITTING GAUGE:
24 sts and 28 rows to 10 x 10 cm = 4” x 4” in stocking stitch (knit row on right side, purl row on wrong side) and 2.5 mm needles.
Gauge is not critical for this project. Work tight enough to make sure the stuffing would not show through the stitches.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: 17 cm/ 6.7’’
The size will vary based on yarn type, needle size and your personal tension.
