Otra
Otra lends its name from the river Otra, running through the valley of Setesdal. It also features elements from the traditional Norwegian Setesdalkofte, the classic lusekofte. Otra is worked top-down with short rows to fit the shoulders, and a boat neck that can be worked as the one depicted, or as a wider, more traditional, boat neck.

Construction
Otra is a top-down drop-sleeve sweater. The start of the sweater is somewhat involved, with short-rows worked while establishing the steek stitches for each armhole. Once this is out of the way, the sweater is fairly straight-forward, working stockinette and stranded colourwork in the round for the total length of the armhole, body and hem. If your gauge is different for stranded colourwork than stockinette, you may want to adjust needle size for the chart section.
After steeking each armhole, the sleeves are picked up from around the arm and worked in the round, top-down in plain stockinette.
