Ottilie is a large, sumptuous shawl knit on the bias with a waterfall of tiny fans running down its length.

This shawl is knit lengthwise from one corner. Once the lace section has grown to its full width, increases continue, and the garter section grows to form a large triangular shawl. The lace pattern is worked on both right and wrong side rows. Lace pattern is only charted.
