This is the pattern for the Oudegracht bag. Inspired by the famous Oudegracht (old canal) that meanders through the city centre of Utrecht, where I live.

This bag is made using Yarn and Colors Epic yarn in the following colours: 040, 050, 070, 073 and 107, using a 4,5 mm crochet hook.

With this yarn and hook the finished bag will measure about 37 by 34 cm (handles excluded).

The PDF pattern includes lots of step by step photo’s, a chart for the colours and many tips, making this a pattern suitable for every crocheter.
