Pirates beware! A fearsome OFMD inspired Lighthouse and Kraken applique.

This is a digital pattern set inspired by Our Flag Means Death. Create your own version of Stede Bonnet’s dazzling lighthouse and Ed Teach as the fearsome Kraken! These flat appliques can be used as coasters, keychains, accessories on blankets, clothing or bags, or in my case, fridge magnets!
This is a beginner friendly design that requires only a small amount of yarn to complete.

Lighthouse measures 7x3 inches, requires the following:
Light to sport weight yarn in black, red, and white
2.5 mm crochet hook
Sewing needle and scissors

Kraken measures 5x3, requires the following:
Worsted weight (I used Heartland New River Gorge) purple yarn
3.5 mm crochet hook
8mm eyes
Sewing needle and scissors
