Materials for hat:
* One skein Cedar House Yarns Sapling Sock
Materials for snake:
- 2 or more skeins Cedar House Yarns Sapling Sock Sprouts “minis” at 110 yards each (depending on how many colors you want your snake to be)
- Small amount of black thread for eyes
- Small amount (about a yard) of red thread for tongue
Crochet hooks and notions:
- One US size H/8/5mm crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge
- One US size #5/1.70mm crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge
- Tapestry needle for weaving in ends and sewing snake Stitch marker
Hat Gauge: 4 HDC and 3 rows per inch
Snake Gauge: 7 Sc and 5 rows per inch
