Ouroboros Poncho
by Carol Price
Ouroboros (the serpent eating its own tail) represents the cyclic nature of life. This creature will surround you with warmth on cool days and makes a great addition to your spring or fall outfit.
The poncho is worked in one piece in the round and features a button eye with chain stitch outlining the head and mouth. It works up quickly and will fit most adults/teens. To make Ouroboros smaller, simply use a smaller hook/yarn; to make it a bit larger, try worsted weight with an I or J hook (remember, if using a larger hook, you’ll need more yarn).
