I am sure I am not alone in loving Outlander and the amazing knits on the show. I was inspired by the bulky yarns and simple textures. I also loved the concept of the fingerless mitts that also did not have thumb holes -- they are soooo comfy!

The pattern involves and chart and you MUST BE ABLE TO READ CHARTS to work this pattern. The pattern includes the instructions for both the cowl and the sleeves. Both are knit in the round and are seamless. Sizes are easily adjusted and I give you information in the pattern for the adjustment. The sleeves are quite fitted -- as they should be! -- but fit quite a wide variety of arms.
