Oval Tiny Bubbles Scrubby
Supplies needed to complete project:
about 60-65 yards of worsted weight cotton yarn
equal amount of size 10 crochet cotton (optional)
size G-6 (4.0 mm) crochet hook
smaller hook or yarn needle for weaving in ends
stitch marker or length of scrap yarn (optional but recommended)
The finished example measures 4 1/2” x 6 1/2” x 3/4”.
This is a great alternative to all those synthetic kitchen sponges that we use for a couple of weeks then throw away. Use it in the shower or bath to replace a washcloth. Instructions are included for finishing with or without the optional hanging loop.
This intermediate pattern is worked using basic stitches. The pictured example was crocheted using Lily Sugar ‘n Cream worsted weight cotton yarn.
