Ovenpaa is worked in the round bottom–up.

Work Half Brioche Pattern for the folded brim then the Half Brioche Pattern is reversed for the rest of the work. The top of the hat is finished with rounds of decreases. The hat is fitted and double layered over the forehead and ears so it can also be used for a walk at a stormy beach or to take a ride on the bicycle.

Ovenpaa is worked in Half Brioche Pattern with the option to make it either pointy or slouchy.

Ovenpaa fits a head circumference of 55-59cm/21.5 -23”
