Over and Under Cowl is made in Barcelona Amethyst it is made on 3/4 inch CinDwood loom 11.5” diameter and it works as a cowl or with more rows you can pull up over your head as a hooded cowl.

It will work just as well on a larger loom if you want a looser hooded cowl. This is worked in the round and is my own created stitch and pattern.
