The Over the Hills Hat is a surprisingly simple yet effective knit. It comes with sizing for an adult and adult small, and you can customize the length to your liking.

The patterning is way simpler than it seems using a slip stitch with yarn held in front and an easy way to pick up the slipped yarn a few rows later.
