Over the top - hat, wristers, scarf
There are also instructions for making these hats for heads as small as 18” (babies,children, teens)
The black hat is crocheted using a single strand of Plymouth Encore Chunky with a size K crochet hook. It features contrast trim and a flower made from Berroco’s Borealis (Super Bulky) with a size K hook.
The turquoise hat is crocheted using a double strand of Berroco Comfort Chunky with a size J crochet hook. It features an eyelet edging around the bottom and a flower made from a double strand of Berroco’s Sundae (Super Bulky) with a size J hook.
Black hat used approximately 130 yds of a chunky yarn.
Turquoise hat used about 300 yds of a chunky yarn.
Flowers & trim were made using small amounts of a super bulky yarn.
Three strands of WORSTED weight yarn may be substituted for the two strands of chunky yarn in the eyelet hat. Two strands of WORSTED may be substituted for the one strand of bulky in the hat with no eyelets.
