Over the Top Ponchos
This style of poncho is a single strip of knitting with a hole in the middle for the head. The hole may be cut, serged and bound with a knitted fabric or may be bound off and cast on anew as you work. A big collar may be added. The sides may be joined by buttons, ties, sewn or not joined at all. 7 gauges are included. The fabric may be stockinette or anything else your machine will knit. Specifics are given to fit ladies bust 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44. In addition, there are charts to show how to knit ponchos for anyone from small children to xl adults. Simple sleeves may be added.
