This pattern is for an overlay mosaic crochet square that can be used in other types of projects, such as blankets, pillows, satchel bags, table mats, etc.

Great for a post-hysterectomy pillow to help cushion the sore tummy! Inspired by the experience of having my own Vampire Uterus that was making me anemic, so at the age of 50, I got that sucker yanked out! (Best decision I ever made!) I designed this square with a pillow in mind but feel free to use this square for whatever you want! (Wall hanging, tote bag, etc..)

Any yarn or hook will work, depending on the desired size of the finished square. I used yarn weight of #4 with a 5.5 hook, which creates a square of 13.5” x 13”. The sample image uses approximately 2 oz each of charcoal grey & dark rose, with just a few yards of green & white.
