THERE IS NO TENSION ON THIS PATTERN.

Check the tension/gauge on your ball band label.

This jumper is oversized depending on your size. I am a size 18-20 and it isn’t too oversized on me.
It measures 62cm pit to pit and 72cm from shoulder to hem, however by using a smaller needle than I suggest will create a smaller jumper.

I searched high and low on the web to find a knitting pattern for a pigeon jumper and couldn’t find one anywhere, that’s the reason why I created this.

The yarn used is chunky so knits up quicker than an average DK or 4ply jumper.

You only need to know basic knitting stitches such as stocking stitch, rib stitch, casting on and off, decreasing and increasing. The motif involves the intarsia method and also duplicate stitch (which can be omitted) and I’d suggest if your new to these techniques check out YouTube for some excellent tutorials.
