This is a simple crochet drawstring bag featuring front-post stitches creating a elegant textured design imitating a dragonscale egg. Bag dimensions are approximately 5 inches wide and 7 inches tall when flat, however this pattern does not have gauge requirements and dimensions may vary by individual. This pattern is in US terminology and is worked in joined rounds and has instructions for making a finished bag and cord drawstring.

If you are planning to use this bag as a dice bag for RPG’s, it can hold up to 7 sets (that’s 49 dice!)

Tools: 4.0mm (Size G) Hook, 2.25mm (Size B) Hook, yarn needle


Materials: Approx 70 yards of Worsted Weight yarn for bag, 2 yards of DK weight for cord. One Large front-holed button is optional, you can have one as shown in photos or you can tie the bag closed.
