This is a beginner-friendly pattern for a crochet owl. It is written in English and uses US terminology.

The finished size (if using suggested yarn) is about 5’’. You can substitute the yarn to create a finished project of a different size, but you will need to adjust the hook size.

You will need:

• Size 6 bulky yarn in any color for the body and wings (100g) - I used Bernat Blanket Yarn
• Small amount size 5 bulky yarn for the eyes and beak - I used Bernat Velvet Yarn
• 8mm crochet hook - for the body and the wings
• 4.5 mm crochet hook - for the eyes
• 14 mm safety eyes
• Stitch marker
• Stuffing material
• Scissors
• Embroidery needle
