A good friend challenged me to produce an owl hat she had seen on the internet. I took the challenge and here is what I came up with. An adult-sized hat with the eyes and beak of an owl. The total circumference of the hat is 22 inches.
The hat is crocheted first, and then the details are made and sewn to the hat’s surface. I stuffed the eyes and the beak for added dimension.
