This Owl Plushie Pattern Set (Quinn & Quincy) is great for beginner/intermediate crocheters and does include a little bit of sewing to piece them together. It can be modified for both blanket and acrylic yarn!

Each owl uses less than a skein of the Bernat Blanket yarn (Super Bulky - 6) and scraps from a Bernat Baby Velvet skein (Bulky - 5). Modifications for using acrylic yarn, as well as embroidering eyes, is included.
