This is a super simple yet awesome way to keep those annoying seat belts from rubbing painfully across your neck. Pattern assumes you already know how to cable. If not there are great and easy to follow videos on youtube. Its not as scary as you think. This is a quick pattern despite using a small needle. Each row is written so there are no charts to have to deal with. Also it is done with button holes. You could completely bipass this step and later sew on velcro.
