Owls in the Woods.

A cute characterful owl perched in a tree in the woods.

Skill level - If you can cable, then you can knit these mittens.

Materials - DK yarn, 4mm needles, knit flat then seamed. Approx 42g plus.

This is my mittens pattern that has evolved over many, many knits. Over time my little owl moved from perching on a branch to sitting happily in a tree. My owl’s face and tufty ears have also gained much character along the way. The owl mittens have stopped evolving now. The owl has settled, and will stay exactly as is through many moons.

Printing - The last page of the pattern is a large picture to give a full flat view of both mittens and their cables. You might choose to skip the last page when printing.
