one of the most amazing results from the combination of the salty ocean and human rubbish is oxidization of iron. i love stumbling upon a rusted piece of metal, especially when the original shape is no longer recognizable. my friend hilori created a custom colourway that mimics that exact colour shift of ocean to rust. it also, incidentally, mimics the meeting of the fundy’s red beaches and the atlantic ocean. dip your toes in.
