Design:
The dresses have an easy to knit skirt pattern and a moss stitch border and you can opt for sleeves or sleeveless. The front and back are knitted separately on straight needles and the sides sewn together.

Sizes:
The pattern is for 3 sizes: 16, 18 and 20 inches or 41, 46 and 51 cms.

Yarn:
The pattern uses double-knitting wool. An alternative would be USA light worsted or Australian 8 ply for international knitters The picture shows the outfits knitted using Rico Baby Classic DK in shades Dusky Pink (040) and Cream (002).

Skill:
Intermediate. Written instructions provided.

Tension:
22 sts and 30 rows to 4 inches/10 cm (stocking stitch) on 4 mm needles or size needed to achieve stated tension.

Needles:
Sizes 3.25 mm and 4.0 mm (USA 3 and 6) straight needles are required.

Other requirements:
2 (3, 3) buttons for Short Sleeved Dress and Sleeveless Dress
2 (2, 2) buttons for Pinafore Dress
Stitch holders and stitch markers
