Knit our Short Sleeved Dress, Sleeveless Dress and Pinafore Dress for Dolls 16-20 inches or 41-51 cms.

Design:
The dresses have a popcorn pattern and twisted rib stitch border. The front, back and sleeves are knitted separately on straight needles and the sides sewn together. For the Short Sleeved and Sleeveless Dress, stitches are picked up to complete the neckline and for the opening at the back.

Sizes:
The pattern includes 3 sizes to fit Doll: 16 (18, 20) inches or 41 (46, 51) cms.

Yarn:
The pattern uses double knitting wool (an alternative yarn for overseas knitters would be USA light worsted or Australian 8 ply)
The picture shows the outfits knitted using Rico Baby Classic DK in shades Azalea (071) and Cream (002).

Tension:
22 sts and 30 rows to 4 inches/10 cm (stocking stitch) on 4 mm needles or size needed to achieve stated tension.

Skill:
Intermediate. Written instructions provided.

Needles:
Sizes 3.25 mm and 4.0 mm (USA 3 and 6) straight needles are required.

Other requirements:
2 (3, 3) buttons for the Short Sleeved and Sleeveless Dresses
2 (2, 2) buttons for the Pinafore
2 (2, 2) press studs (poppers/fasteners) for the Pinafore
