Knit our Snowy Rudolph the Reindeer Christmas Blanket.

Design
The Blanket is knitted in one piece with moss stitch edgings and a dash effect pattern. In the centre is a Rudolph the Reindeer in the snow motif with a red pompom nose. Some experience is needed when working the repeat pattern and the motif. Written instructions (in English) are provided and a chart to follow for the motif.

Size
The finished size is 64 (H) x 56 (W) in cms or 25¼ (H) x 22 (W) in inches.

Yarn
The pattern uses DK wool (an alternative yarn for overseas knitters would be USA light worsted or Australian 8 ply).
The picture shows the Blanket knitted using:
Stylecraft Special DK shades: Green (1116), Red (Lipstick 1246), White (1001), Camel (1420), Dark Brown (1004) and Black (1002)

Tension
22 sts and 30 rows to 4 inches/10 cm (stocking stitch) on 4 mm needles or size needed to achieve stated tension.

Needles
1 pair of 4 mm (USA6) needles are required.
