Knit our Antlers Motif Hat suitable to fit a child from 2 to 11 years old.

Design:
The hat is knitted flat on straight needles and a chart is provided to complete the motif.

Sizes:
The pattern includes 5 sizes: 2-3, 4-5, 6-7, 8-9 and 10-11 years old.

Yarn:
Double knitting wool required (an alternative yarn for overseas knitters would be USA light worsted or Australian 8 ply)
The picture shows the hat knitted for size 2-3 years using: Robin Bonny Babe DK in shades: Cream (1366), Mink (143) and Red (042)

Skill:
Intermediate. Written instructions provided, but experience needed to work from a chart for the motif.

Tension:
22 sts and 30 rows to 4 inches/10 cm (stocking stitch) on 4 mm needles or size needed to achieve stated tension.

Needles:
Sizes 3.25 mm and 4.0 mm (USA 3 and 6) straight needles are required.
