Slip-stitch patterns zig and zag and keep the knitting zipping along in this entertaining top-down design. A traditional shape with a modern twist: Pacific Crest’s circular yoke has underarm shaping that adds ease and increased mobility to the garment.

La Bien Aimée Helix, 75% Falkland Merino, 25% Gotland; 710 yd [650 m] per 100 g skein; in colorway Kokko;

of a lace-weight yarn. Yarn is held double throughout.
Needles
US 7 [4.5 mm] and US 5 [3.75 mm] suggested for all body patterns, US 4 [3.5 mm] and US 3 [3.25 mm] for the ribbing.
Gauge
24 sts and 48 rows = 4” [10 cm] in slip stitch patterns, on largest needles, after blocking. Gauge is averaged over the various patterns in the sweater.
