Knit this back in 2007. Planning to replicate in 2009. Aptly named as any baby born in the Pacific Northwest will be in need of a hooded garment of some type. Snuggled up in a blankie, riding in a stroller, hoodie up. What could be better/warmer for a little one!?

Any dk weight yarn will work, but Jaeger is my personal favorite as it’s machine washable and comes in many gorgeous colors that complement a little one while being ubber fun to knit up!
