This beret, like the matching gloves, is inspired by the ancient Greek Architecture of Paestum, Italy and the legendary roses that grow there. This tam is worked in the round from the band to the crown. Columnar ribbing at the brim gives way to amphora lace, a scattering of blossoms and then finishes with broken ribbing. Use a high quality natural fibre blend like pure wool or wool with angora or mohair for warmth without weight. Four sizes and two styles (traditional or slouchy) allows for a custom fit. Enjoy!
