you will need at least 2 contrasting colours of Double knit yarn, 3 weight. (you can use like me mini skeins for each dragonfly) these are from the dye shack,

I recommend using stitch markers to help you with your chart, they i get from Jessie’s crafty hands on facebook, shes my Daughter and one of the reasons I started designing. Jessie is autistic and needs someone with her most of the time, this gives me plenty of time to knit and crochet and her plenty of time to play with pretty things. Its the reason I know its Ok to be different.

There’s a chart to follow but don’t let that scare you, it was tested by a lady who had never used charts before.

The pattern is not symmetrical and that is to show that it is Ok to be different, something that in our house is important.

Dragonflies have long been a creature dear to my heart, I love when I can watch them fly.

I am also releasing the hat today, and there are more dragonfly related knitting designs in the pipelines.
