About the Pattern:
This is the classic / basic triangle bikini with cheeky cut that I personally can never find in stores, so I had to make one ahah :) It has a triangle cup just the right size to keep everything in place but without creating big tan lines, the lace border is super flattering and has the perfect width to seat in the body comfortably and give support, and because it’s made with a lace stitch the tan lines are not super obvious (well at least on me ahah ). The bottoms have a cheeky cut, which I personally find the most flattering cut, but also the perfect compromise between coverage and minimal tan lines (yes, I try my best to avoid tan lines!) You can pull the side ties up to give a slight curve, but it won’t be that super dramatic V shape we see everywhere (it’s not the most flattering on my body type, however I can work on a V shape bikini pattern if I receive any requests eheh).

This pattern is welcoming to all skill levels of crochet, as it is has written instructions supported with pictures and crochet charts for all the critical points of the pattern.

Type of Pattern / Sizing:
This pattern is written for a top size S and bottom size M. It has instructions on how to adjust to other sizes and a table with stitch and row counts for size XS to XL - based on standard measurements gathered from extensive online research. However, please note that these have not been tested, so if you end up following my sizing suggestions I would love if you could send me some feedback :)

Sizing suggestions for the top are given based on bra sizing, as well as bust and under bust measurements, while the bottoms are based on upper hip and full hip measurements - both top and bottom sizing are labeled from XS to XL

Pattern is written in US terminology and features both imperial and metric systems (inch & cm).

Materials:
Yarn quality and yardage specs are detailed in the pattern. Both summer acrylics and plant fiber yarns are welcomed. No elastic or bikini yarn was used to make this bikini, but it’s totally up to you if you rather use bikini specific materials.

Project time:
This is a supper quick project, I believe a experienced crocheter can make this in a day, however if in no rush I think it’s the perfect weekend project, also a cute gift for a friend, or a last minute must have for your holiday.
