FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
Cross-shoulder, from top of sleeve to top of sleeve 20.75 (23.5, 26.5, 29.25, 31.75, 34.5)“/53 (59.5, 67.5, 74, 80.5, 88) cm

Measure your shoulders tip to tip and choose a size with a cross-shoulder of approx. 6-8”/ 15-20 cm more. It’ll drop a little further when worn.

Sample shown in size 3 on a 36”/91.5 cm bust, with approx. 10”/25.5 cm ease at the bust.

GAUGE
26 sts and 33 rows = 4”/10 cm with US 3/3.25 mm needles, in stockinette st, flat and in the round, after wet blocking.

1 repeat of the Lace Shoulder Panel = 3.25”/ 8.25 cm wide and 2.25”/5.75 cm long.

YARN
5 (5, 6, 8, 9, 10) skeins of Alpaca Yarns Luxurious Fusion (40% silk, 40% linen, 10% Merino wool, 10% baby alpaca); 183 yds/167 m per 50g skein) in “Charcoal” (FR12771).

If substituting yarn approx. 744 (875, 1096, 1357, 1597, 1772) yds/680 (800, 1002, 1240, 1460, 1620) m of fingering-weight yarn.

NEEDLES & NOTIONS
US 2.5/3 mm, US 3/3.25 mm and US 2/2.75 mm needles 32”/80 cm long and also US 2.5/3 mm and US 3/3.25 mm needles for knitting small circumferences.

Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge 3 stitch markers (2 removable – in 2 different colours), waste yarn or st holder, yarn needle.
