SIZE:
The dove will be about 11cm/4.3” long from head to tail. She will have a wingspan of about 14cm/5.5” if using the indicated yarn weight and hook size. If you want her to be larger or smaller, you can use a different yarn weight and adjust the hook size accordingly.

PATTERN CONTENT:
This bird crochet pattern has detailed step-by-step instructions that are accompanied by high-quality photos of the process, and a video tutorial.
It comes with a PDF crochet guide that explains techniques such as the magic ring, invisible sc decreases, and closing small rounds.

CONSTRUCTION:
The beak, head, body and tail are crocheted in one piece. The wings and olive branch are sewn on.

MATERIALS AND TOOLS:

• 4-ply/Fingering or DK/light worsted yarn in white, orange, and green (I used Rico Creative Ricorumi DK in Cream (002), and Scheepjes Catona in Sweet Orange (411) and Forest Green (412))
  • 2.5mm crochet hook / Size B-1 or C-2 depending on how tightly you crochet
  • Black embroidery floss
  • Fiberfill
  • Yarn needle (preferably with bent tip)
  • Large-eyed sewing needle
